I feel that for my whole life I have lived in a haze.  Having to pretend to be something I am not….something I can not be.  No longer.  I started running just over 3 years ago, April 2006.  From that point I felt like I was slowly coming out of that haze.  No doubt loosing the 110 pounds that I had accumulated since high school and getting healthier in both body and mind had a great deal to do with it.  Now I strive to be myself everyday.  Nothing more and nothing less.  I treat all people, no matter there sex, color, religion, or sexuality, the same as I would like to be treated.  I will also treat them they way that they treat me and/or others.   Period.

I was born in May, 1974.

I am married to a very beautiful, sexy, loving, and understanding woman.  Shannon.  She is the love of my life.

I have three beautiful, loving, smart, and creative girls.  Reagan, Raina, and Raisa.  They are my heart.

I can count on one hand the friends (not including family) that I hold dear.  Ted (is family but is a close friend), Rod, Larry, Caleb, and Teresa.  Shannon says that I am to picky and I would have more if I would loosen up.  But if I am there for you when you need me but you are not there when I need you….well then fuck you.  I am not much on second chances.

I love to run.  It has become a sort of religion for me.  It has definitely done more for me than religion has.  I run with Rod and Larry 4 or 5 times a week…25 to 30 miles a week.

I love music.  My favorite band is Iron & Wine.  However my musical tastes are not limited to that style.  I like any music as long as it is good and honest.
